In this episode she shares that looks aren't everything, how being a planner has helped with her success and how she chooses to spend her time is the key to getting things done.
Kim also shares that giving ourselves grace and knowing that things are not always going to go as planned is so important. She discusses that she is very aware of mom guilt, knowing most moms suffer from it, but is cognizant of her feelings and knows that allowing herself time away oftentimes allows her to gain more focus, find balance and become centered again.
In this episode we also discuss trust as a mom... trusting yourself & trusting others. Our children need a healthy, balanced mom and this comes from just that, trust.
